So, I made the most fantastic lamb the other night, and expect a dinner party soon featuring a repeat of this recipe. Reduce the sauce after the roast, and a most wonderful gravy will result.

Chocolate mousse and graham cracker crust in a wine glass makes a fabulous dessert, too.

Things are finally settling down at work, as well. Thankfully. Maybe then I'll actually get to do more desserts. One can wish.
